Oracle would not update PORT in portlist.ini — it appends

Be careful that you can’t trust port number in $ORACLE_HOME/install/portlist.ini. Oracle would append it .
See what happened after we modified DBcontrol port number several times.

cat $ORACLE_HOME/install/portlist.ini
iSQL*Plus HTTP port number =5560
Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port (XXR7) = 5504
Enterprise Manager Agent Port (XXR7) = 1834
Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port (XXR7) = 5505
Enterprise Manager Agent Port (XXR7) = 1835
Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port (XXR7) = 1531
Enterprise Manager Agent Port (XXR7) = 1835
